We are a vacation rental listing service focused on owners of Snowshoe Mountain Resort area properties. Our service will help you expand the marketing reach of your rental property online and showcase it to potential vacationers.
How does it work?
Vacationers interested in Snowshoe Mountain will visit our site to search for the appropriate rental. When they find one they like and want more information, you, the owner, will receive an email. You can then contact the vacationer directly to work out the details of the transaction.
Does this replace my rental agency?
No. Our service is a marketing service that will generate more leads for your rental unit. These leads will come directly to you, the owner. You still need your contacts for maintenance, keys, and additional marketing efforts.
Should I list my property on other sites?
Yes. To get maximum exposure for your property, we would recommend listing it on a couple of high quality sites.
How much does your service cost?
A one year listing is $99.
Does go2snowshoe.com collect rental income or manage keys?
No. We focus on marketing your property online. We do not get involved in any of the transaction details. When a vacationer expresses interest in your property, you will receive an email and you (or your rental agency) are then responsible for completing the transaction.
How did go2snowshoe.com get started?
We own two vacation condos at Snowshoe and decided to do some extra marketing online. The results were phenomenal! We were able to rent a majority of our days without the assistance (and extra commissions) of a rental agency. We wanted to share this success with other property owners so they could generate more leads too!
